Brother Max Bath Toys Review and Competition

My boys were sent a pack of bath toys from Brother Max to review.  Now that the Crazy Soap is all but run out its great they have something else to make bath time exciting again…


These products are designed not only to make bath time fun but also to teach children the basics of learning to wash and keep clean.  It is good to start them off young, so they will be nice and presentable and used to regular bathing before they hit their teens!

Heat sensitive changing dots take the worry out of ensuring you have the bath at the right temperature.  I love my baths VERY hot, so if I test the boys ones with my elbow, it is not a very reliable gauge at all.  So these bath toys can guide me perfectly in my quest to achieve a safe water temperature.  It is so nice to have one less thing to worry about, as being a parent is quite the epic battle as it is…

You know your going to get a decent quality product with Brother Max because the team behind the brand are a merry band of parents themselves who have lived through the troubles and concerns we ourselves have and have developed practical workable solutions, like those fantastic bright orange dots for safety checks.

The toys can now be bought singularly which I think is great because then if you have a firm favourite you can pick that one rather than purchase a whole pack.  My boys especially liked the Sprinkler, the Twister and the Toy brush.  The Sprinkler in particular I loved as it helps increase confidence with water, mine were happy letting it sprinkle out of the holes onto their faces.   As much as most children like baths one aspect I find difficult is they do not always embrace water on their face.  So with this helpful bath toy we are seeing an improvement already.


Although I would imagine the Wear-me Bath rattle and Sponge Bath Rattle being hugely popular with younger children and babies, as I remember how much my two relished rattles when they were little.  I think most of their toys at the time featured some shake and hear a noise feature, so you can rely on these two being a popular choice also.
The bath toys appear easy to clean, they come apart effortlessly and the flannels are machine washable which is very reassuring as bath toys do have a habit of getting really grotty!  So Brother Max really has thought of everything.

  4. great toys - would love the toy brush. I am always looking to make bath time more fun but so far nothing could beat a simple empty bath bubble bottle :)

  16. the Sprinkler, as my daughter even at 8 hates water in her face(she flaps her arms up n down and gets me soaked) ..be a great tool for when the lil man arrives and is learning that the water in the face isnt a problem

  18. I think it depends on the child and the age tbh .. for me now the rattle but in the future probs the sprinkler as I remember how bad my mates little lad was about showers when we were out and he could not have a bath.
