Reasons to be Cheerful Round 2

I am taking part in Mummy From The Heart prompt again as I enjoyed it so much last week.

Reasons to be Cheerful at Mummy from the Heart

I am feeling quite cheerful this week, as I started Karate and was not a complete failure.   The children in the class did not laugh hysterically when I got up and the instructor was quite positive.  Said I had natural strength!  I think its more to do with carrying youngest around 24/7 on my poor shoulders…

I have been sent some lovely things to review this week, I have always wanted a canvas and now every time I look at it I can’t help but smile at my boys looking cute.  Am hoping it might spur hubbie on to actually do some decorating too.  Then I would be even more cheerful!!!

The Beavers group is gaining momentum and I have managed to persuade hubbie to be the treasurer, the leader is also letting my youngest come too now.  He really enjoyed his first session last night.  The tips I am learning there are spilling out into our home life and if the boys aren’t listening I just put my hand up and say Beavers and instant good behaviour, making life with two unruly boys more manageable and mummy happier.

Had a lovely meal out with a great bunch of friends, nice to relax and let your hair down sometimes.  Even if the topic of conversation was at times not what I expected…you can see for yourself here

My hubbie has turned into a baking whiz, I am getting to be indulgent and enjoy his regular home baking, he made a large decadent chocolate cake and chocolate chip muffins this week, I wonder what next baking delights I will experience next week!
