Tippitoes Star Wrap Competition

I have been kindly offered a yellow Star Wrap to giveaway to one lucky follower of my blog.

These really are fantastic as most new parents quickly realise a swaddled baby seems more contented and peaceful!  But it can be difficult tucking them into blankets at times; I did find it difficult to master (but then I have never figured out Origami either!).  However it might have been a different story if I had been bestowed with one of these Wraps, for one the blanket has its own section for the legs so they are nice and secure.

For £14.99 it is a good quality lovely gift idea for new parents.  Am sure when baby is wriggling about and grumpy, a present that helps them settle and drift off to sleep would be very gratefully received.

I should not post anymore pictures of newborns I think it’s making me broody!!!

To enter please comment below saying whether you have swaddled before, this competition will close on the 28th of March.

For an extra entry follow them on facebook and leave a comment letting me know

For a final entry follow them on twitter and leave a comment letting me know

i havent swaddled using a star wrap, but when my children were born, the midwives always encouraged you to swaddle a baby because it made them feel secure and they supposedly slept better!!!

    ReplyDelete
  27. I swaddled both my children - my son was a particularly light sleeper and swaddling improved that a lot. I also showed my daughter how to swaddle my grandson using a blanket. I just love the idea of the Star Wrap and how easy it makes it. It would be perfect for my new grandbaby due in May. I already follow Tippitoes on Facebook x

I'm due with #2 in a few weeks and am keen to swaddle. I tried it with my son but like you, I could never really fold the fabric securely enough. He had a really strong reflex where his arms would shoot up in front of him like a mini zombie and it always woke him up. This Tippitoes product looks like a great solution.
