Fire Bubbles and Exploding Toothpaste Review

We were sent this great book by Steve Spangler to review.  It has heaps of really fun and interesting experiments you can do with your children at home.  I had hoped to do a selection and provide videos on here, but some require a few extra things we do not currently have and as we are watching our pennies we will return to this book when we are stocked up!

There are some great experiments you can do without investing in anything special.  Hubbie did the Squeeze-Bottle Straw Bottles, everything is clearly outlined so easy to follow.  Good safety guidelines, give you reassurance that your children will be safe following his experiments.  This helped illustrate Newton’s Laws of Motion.  Eldest really enjoyed this, just look how happy he looks but all the while he is soaking up a solid educational grounding.

With an RRP of £12.50 this book is available to buy from Gazelle Books, if you planned on getting your children interested in science this is a must buy.  You could soon see them walking on eggshells and making bouncing smoke bubbles, all the while learning the principles and laws of science through engagement and demonstration rather than being bored silly through hard facts alone.
