Special K has gone all savoury and it’s quite a pleasant experience. We were sent the three varieties to sample, sea salt and balsamic vinegar, sweet chilli and sour cream and onion.
My only tiny complaint is I think the box that accommodates them looks like one that you would normally find washing power in! My friends think I am being silly and although hubbie agreed with me I think he would have said anything to stop me moaning on! But in terms of taste we all agreed on how much we loved them as a family, they are very moreish, you can’t help but keep returning to the packet until its sadly very much empty…
They are pitched as a light snack with only 95 calories for a serving of 21 crisps, so you can indulge without feeling quite as guilty as you normally would. The crisps I had today, Cheese Quavers had only slightly more calories however are nowhere near as nice, they are mainly just cheesy air! Whereas Special K Cracker Crisps are very flavoursome… (I must stock up again at the next opportunity so not to regret my snacking decisions!)
I do not normally calorie count but having reluctantly decided its time to join the body toning session at the gym; I am wondering perhaps I could snack differently instead and put it off a little longer. After all I do not have the full on lycra outfit when seems the outfit of choice for working out! So keeping stocked up in these crisps would be more economical than the gym membership and a new workout kit.
