Cadbury Easter Days Out

Nothing like the excitement of an Easter egg hunt to really make Easter.  For a child being presented with an egg is nowhere near as much fun as having to go off and find it themselves.  I do so love the sound of the trails organised by Cadbury in National Trust locations throughout the UK.  With a staggering 250 places hosting them, there is bound to be one close by for you to enjoy with your family.

You can read more on the website and it is very easy to find your closest trail, you just enter your postcode and then you can plan your visit.  Each are quite spectacular places.  I am sorely tempted with the thought of fresh air, some chocolate and special additional activities laid on for all the family to enjoy (face painting, sack races, giant snakes and ladders and even the chance to design an your own egg head).

We have a car this year, so hopefully I can persuade hubbie that we take our two boys off on an adventure.  We have had many a fun Easter egg hunt in the house, but it would be exciting to have big open spaces to explore.
