We were sent some samples of the new flavours, because of how they are presented, youngest was willing to try the Blue Cheese variety. if he had seen it at the Supermarket as a lump of cheese full of blue veins he would have steadfastly refused. But as it’s Laughing Cow the cheese spread he is quite keen on anyway, he was encouraged to have a bite!
As it happened it was not for him, but it’s a great way to introduce children to new cheeses they may have not tasted yet. Also both are light cheeses so have less calories! If your a cheese fiend like me, its nice to know you can still indulge without worrying unduly about those kind of things.
The Emmental variety however got a more welcome reception! Hubbie, our youngest and myself have all enjoyed that as part of our lunch. Youngest gave this variety a thumbs up!
Poor eldest has not had a look in yet, hopefully he will soon as the two packs are almost finished! The Blue Cheese will be going to my mum, who is much more adventurous when it comes to cheese, I know she will enjoy it spread on a cracker.
