We were sent a selection of TOMY Pokémon toys for my boys to put through their paces.
Youngest was absolutely thrilled with his new trainer gloves; he put them on and did not take them off ALL day. He went on an Easter egg hunt and to visit his grandparents wearing them and basically wanted to show them to everyone and do the sound effects for them all to hear.
I have never seen him so animated over a pair of gloves, but then again these are not just any gloves. These make you feel like an official Pokémon trainer. Wearing these with the Pokédex Trainer Kit round his waist he was feeling pretty proud of himself and ready to take on some foes with his beloved Pokémon figures.
The boys love watching Pokémon on the television and eldest wants the Y game for his birthday. So it’s understandable once they were introduced to the toys they would find it difficult to put them down again. They have a few of the characters from earlier reviews so its great they can carry them around in the Poké balls attached to their belt and get involved in some role play.
The figures are interesting and colourful and its not surprising children will be pleased they can now conveniently carry so many Poké balls on their belt. They can them pop out their characters to show their friends, enter into a quick battle or just take them on adventures whether they please. They are easy to clip on to the belt and open up/close so children can manage their sets quite happily.
I have been offered a Clip ‘N’ Carry Ball (which comes with one figure) to giveaway if you would like to enter please leave a comment below (with a way I can contact you) by the 12th of May.
