Light Up Space Planetarium Review

This item from the Great Gismos 4M Science range is a great way to get children engaged and interested in space.

The mini planetarium is quite simple to build and the end result is quite clever.  It is multi-functional which is pretty impressive for a product costing only £12.95.  It can double as a torch, projector and night-light, ideal to help settle children at night; they can look at the constellations as they drift off.

The pack also lets you make your own designs that can be projected so good for encouraging children to be creative.  I thought it was exceptionally sweet as eldest wrote about loving mummy and daddy on two of the slides.

With the dark nights drawing in I think that this light up space planetarium will give the boys lots of comfort and reassure them at bedtime.

It would make a lovely Christmas gift, I find it difficult encouraging the boys to add non-computer game related items to their Christmas lists but this little projector would go down well with children with inquisitive minds that are eager to learn.  As a parent I am quite pleased that batteries are included as there is nothing worse than trying to track a suitable battery when children are keen to get started.

You can find out more information from their website.
