Getting Personal Review

I was excited to be sent two items from Getting Personal.  The site had so many wonderful gift ideas I really struggled just picking what I did.  There are plenty more I am sure I will be back to order soon, especially with Christmas on the horizon and lots more gifts to buy for all the family.

My son was absolutely over the moon with his Personalised Kid’s Minecrafter T-shirt, a must for any Minecraft fan.  My eldest is all about the game at the moment so he is proud to wear the t-shirt so everyone knows just how much he loves it!  He was extra pleased seeing his name on the back.  Such a lovely present which will appeal with lots of children right now.

For £19.99 it’s a great price considering the personalisation element added in!  Youngest will want his own next as he is slowly getting the hang of Minecraft too.

The second item was the Finger Drums (£14.99); eldest is having drum lessons at the moment so this little drum set is ideal, he can practice on them, which seemed quite good fun!  I cannot face the noise of a proper drum set yet so this is a very welcome addition instead.  Excellent value for anyone with a musical interest that likes quirky gifts.  Let’s just hope it means I can hold off from buying a big drum set for a while yet!

This Christmas I want a few gifts that will really surprise the boys, making them beam with delight and I think Getting Personal certainly has the capacity to do that.  I definitely have my eye on a few things for me; maybe I should leave a little hint or two for hubbie, especially for the Chocoholics Pizza for my sweet tooth.  It’s such a novel idea and a delicious treat to eat, although I do not know why it's cut into slices as I would probably eat it in one sitting when everyone else is out of the house...
