#chocshot Review and Competition

We were sent two bottles of Choc Shot to review, the original Chocolate variety and the new Coconut addition.

I love how versatile these products are, you can use them to make up a tasty hot chocolate (with hot milk) or enjoy them drizzled on pretty much anything!  My youngest is a big fan of hot chocolate so he was keen to have a cup of it straight away whilst my eldest on the other hand prefers chocolate spread on toast but Choc Shot managed to keep both boys happy.

If you follow the hashtag #chocshot on instagram you can see lots of different uses of the product, it seems especially popular with those on slimming world diets probably because it is 100% natural and only 14 calories per teaspoon.  It does seem to make yogurt that bit more appetising, looking at some of the desserts you would never guess just how healthy they are!

Apparently Choc Shot has half the calories of Nutella, so if you can get used to the taste it is a great alternative.  Eldest was tentative at first probably because its dark chocolate and a bit more bitter but said the flavour grew on him, he is now quite happy to have it smothered on his toast!

It’s a really handy product to have in the house, rather than having a separate hot chocolate, chocolate spread and ice cream topping, just buy one convenient bottle of Choc Shot and enjoy having lots more cupboard space!!!  We will definitely be keeping a look out for the Orange Spice addition, as that sounds lovely.  These products let you indulge your sweet tooth without falling too far from the path of being virtuous!

You can find a list of stockists on the Sweet Freedom website, but in the meantime you have a chance to win 12 bottles of the new Coconut product here.  Please fill out the form below by the 9th of May if you would like to enter.
