My Holiday Wardrobe Wishlist

The countdown has begun a holiday in the sunshine is on the horizon, I have ordered heaps of sun cream in preparation (after understanding how important it is to stay safe in the sun) but I have realised my wardrobe is seriously lacking suitable clothing.  I don’t spend much on clothes if I am honest, there always seems like something else needs to be bought.  But I feel like a change for this holiday, I want to feel good about myself and how I look.

My plan is to be stylish and summery, so I have been looking at holiday dresses from JD Williams, as I don’t have much of a budget and it seems quite reasonable on their site.  I think I need to snap up some quick, I tried on an old dress of mine whilst away with my friends at the weekend, and hubbie literally had to squeeze me into it to do up the zip… I haven’t got enough time to diet so it’s probably wiser to order a size up, because frankly I cannot breathe in for the whole holiday, especially when its all inclusive!  I think I might need to be rolled back on to the aeroplane!!!

So these are the pieces that caught my eye.

The Sleeveless Swing Dress (£20) is perfect, big bold pineapple prints ideal for day or night as you move from beach to bar!  Being sleeveless you also have less tan lines always a bonus.  I think the pineapple design looks playful and fun, rather than sticking to more conventional prints.

Frill Skater Dress (£25) has a pretty daisy design and a plunging neckline, I really like that it has an elasticated waist just the thing for coping with my holiday excesses!  This dress can look instantly more glamorous just by trading sandals for high heels.  A flattering dress that is very versatile.

Joanna Hope Print Maxi Dress (£60) a bit more pricey but worth it for the statement look.  An attractive dress that will compliment the wearer beautifully.

Are you heading off to anywhere nice this summer? What do you like to wear on holiday?
