the weather outside has been quite frightful!
Youngest is only at school for two short hours, so I always seem out and
about either dropping off or collecting children (from school, from play dates
or after school activities!). Usually
shivering uncontrollably at the school gate, hopping around from foot to foot
to try and warm up! Am sure the other
parents must think me a little odd…
today was a pleasure I had no qualms leaving my balmy central heated house, as
I was dressed to meet the weather head on!
I had my Heat Holders Thermal Underwear on in the shape of a pair of
leggings and a long sleeve vest. To be
honest I did not know the Heat Holders range included anything other than
socks, so given how much I loved their socks, I thought I would be well catered
for with these.
did not take pictures of me modelling them as frankly I do not think the vest
is hugely attractive, I do not quite get the boob shaped outline pattern on the
front of it. However, to be honest I do
not care what they look like as they are under my other layers keeping me very
toasty! I had white leggings and a grey
vest, but you can look better by matching the colours obviously (the range
includes white, black and grey) and teamed together it is an improvement.
I am so impressed with both the leggings and the vest; I
think I will need to invest in a few more pairs. I have always planned to get myself some decent thermal underwear
put never quite get around to it. So I
can glad this review opportunity presented itself, so I could see for myself
the huge difference they make to your comfort levels. They are quite tight fitting, but that helps keep the warmth in. I was sent size S/M that caters for ladies
in UK sizes 6-14, but there is also a L/XL size for those 16-22.
retail at £15 each and are available to buy from the sockshop. You can see more of the range from the Heat Holders website. If you really feel the
cold like I do these lovely items are a godsend!
