Potters Crouch Candle Review

love burning candles, I find it relaxing breathing in the heady scents and
watching the flickering lights. It
helps me relax after a tiring day with my two… when you have dealt with one
tantrum too many and you just need a little space to get it all back together
with tranquility!!!

was sent two candles from the extensive range at Potters Crouch, in the scents
Mandarin and Secret Garden. I
found it very difficult making my choice, as they all sound heavenly on the
website. I certainly appreciated how
nicely they were presented; the tops of the candle are very attractive. The Mandarin was studded with glistening
crystals and the Secret Garden had pretty multicoloured crystals. It seems a shame to actually burn them; they
smelt divine just as they were.

The scents were subtle but pleasant when burning. For £8.50 they make a lovely gift, they have
a special offer on at the moment when you buy any 4 candles you just pay for 3
using the code SPRFFT. With an average
50hrs burn time; I think it is a complete bargain… I have paid a lot more for
candles that burn out in half that time!
But do not be deceived by the relatively low price, these look like
quality products. The labels are
original watercolours and the candles are handmade.

An extra special touch when the candles arrived they came
with a note and three little fairtrade chocolates, because as much as you might
be tempted (they do look rather delectable) you must not eat the candles… what
a thoughtful gesture and goes to show how much Potters Crouch value their
customers, going that extra mile.

Hubbie was pleased to see me setting up the candles, I
think he had romantic illusions, his face fell when I informed him I was too
busy reviewing ha! But I do feel like
my mood has lifted after a hard day parenting, tomorrow is a new day and I will
be ready to face it now.

Thank you
Potters Crouch!
