TOMY Pokémon Battle Arena Review

Eldest
has gone ever so slightly potty for this toy, he does not seem to mind going on
time out anymore because with this battle arena based in his bedroom he has
more time to play on it when he is up there for his six minutes! Six minutes when he can hog it completely to
himself without sharing with his brother…

There
are flashing lights, sounds and a section to slot in a figure each side. On the arena are steps you can stand a few
additional players to watch as the battle commences.

I am not quite sure if I understand the rules but eldest seems to
frantically push the button then push his platform forward with the hope its
says he is the winner! During that time
there are a series of colourful attack images on the screen in the middle of
the arena, I noticed the odd firework display too!

An example of an attack on the screen:

Not impressed when he loses but good for him to learn to be more gracious you cannot always be the winner.

But soon cheers up again when he wins again!

I
think if you’re a Pokémon fan the battle arena is a must, because then you have
more scope to play with your figures.
It can be played in two player or one player (against the computer) mode
which is handy if you have more than one child or if you are an only child then
you can still get battle ready and just show the computer who is the boss!

I
think the game might not offer much in the way of educational value, but it
does seem an active game, which is good, eldest gets very caught up in the game
and trying to be the winner! I think
it’s also useful for imaginative play as eldest enjoys deciding what the
pictures on the battle floor depict, what type of attack and of course you can
have all the other characters cheering on the winner or commiserating the
loser.

The
battle arena is very simple to set up; you practically take it out of the box
and its pretty much ready to play with.
The instructions explain the game play and the options of quick play or
battle mode. Eldest seemed to come up
with his own version by just seeing what the game was capable of. I left him to it, if he is happy and
occupied and not fighting his brother then life is good in the Missing Sleep
household. So I would recommend the
Battle Arena for that reason alone…

You
can find out more on the TOMY
website. The Battle Arena has an
RRP of £49.99.

  1. Does it influence its own particular servers, as well as influence the servers of applications like Reddt, Vine, Tinder, and Tumblr, which are all prominent locales for Pokémon Go players to visit and talk about their most up to date undertakings. my company

  2. An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment. I do believe that you ought to write more on this issue, it may not be a taboo subject but typically people do not talk about such topics. To the next! Kind regards, why not try these out!
