Breakfast is such an important meal of
the day; I cannot function until I have had a bowl of cereal and a strong cup
of tea that’s for sure. I always make
sure my boys get off to school with a decent breakfast its so important to help
them focus on their studies and give them the energy they need to start the
day. A healthy filling breakfast will
hopefully stop us grabbing high calorie snacks (that sneaky chocolate bar you
cannot resist because your tummy is grumbling!) and keep you fueled for longer.
The nutritionists would agree they
recommend that breakfast should provide roughly one quarter of our daily
calorie needs, and studies show those who skip breakfast may miss out on
important nutrients which they are unlikely to make up during the rest of the
Fortified Nestlé Cereals contain at least
five vitamins and minerals and Nestlé Cereals with the green banner are
reassuringly made with whole grain. So
even if it’s especially manic in the morning, finding a little time to sprinkle
some cereal in a bowl and add a splash of milk is well worth it!
At 24p per bowl (including milk!) they’re
a great value way to help you get a good start to the day. Breakfast can be affordable and given its
importance its definitely one meal you have no excuses to skip! With over two dozen different Nestle
varieties to choose from, your only problem will be picking which one to
have! I like to keep a selection in stock
so the boys never get bored and are always enthusiastic to sit down for their
morning bowl of cereal.
To ensure you don’t miss out on breakfast
