was excited to become a Lactofree Ambassadairy (note the play on the
word!) and face my first challenge creating the perfect cheese toastie with
Arla’s Lactofree Extra Mature Grated Cheddar (RRP £1.99). Its midway
through the summer holidays, I am tired of being run ragged by my two little
monkeys so the prospect of quick and easy dinners in the shape of a tasty toastie
was very tempting indeed.
It’s so convenient buying a pack of grated cheese, every moment counts over the
holidays. At a time when it seems to take me an age just to persuade the
boys to get out of their pyjamas I am happy to have any shortcut I can in the kitchen
to save precious time. Toasties are appetising; you can alter the
fillings so they never get boring!
Since this lovely hamper arrived we have been eating
lots of cheese toasties.

The Lactofree range is perfect for anyone who is lactose intolerant. If you love cheese but usually have stomach cramps and bloating when eating it, Lactofree Cheese is the solution to continue enjoying eating your favourite things without discomfort.Taste was not compromised either as it is made with real cow’s milk, so everyone in the family can enjoy one delicious meal without cooking an alternative for others dietary needs.

Lately I have found my tummy has been a bit more sensitive so incorporating changes like this into my diet might actually improve things. It can be quite embarrassing if you are in company and your tummy starts playing up.
Rather than say goodbye to your favourite meals just buy Lactofree milk, cheese, spread and cream so you can continue to enjoy them regardless. It’s amazing how a small change buying these products can enrich your life all over again and open up your culinary choices! Most of all I think it’s ideal for children so they can have the same meals as their friends.
