My gorgeous little boy turned 7 at the weekend! I really cannot believe he is 7 already; he
is growing up so quick.

is still very cuddly and loving and long may that continue I would miss his all
embracing hugs if they stopped.
We spent his birthday with some friends, having a trip to
the cinema to watch the new Alvin and the Chipmunks film and for a meal out. He made up sweet pots for his friends to
enjoy with the film; he was so attentive making sure everyone had a fair share
of the sweets. I thought it was a
better option than buying the sweets there after eldest managed to spend £6
just on himself when we were to the cinema last!

His birthday has been mainly about LEGO dimension characters
that he asked for; he was equally pleased with his Dandy and Beano books. He really loves the mischievous characters
from the annuals so it’s always a good present for him.
He is a very caring boy, becoming more aware of how he
affects how other people feel. He re-adjusts
what he says more often adding in manners or saying it more kindly, which is
lovely to see. He is very creative; he
likes drawing and making inventions. He
is a bit of a horder of treasures and has two boxes he stores all his favourite
Bless him he had quite the cough for his birthday but
thankfully he still managed to enjoy his day. I
am surprised he had the energy for all the festivities as he had been up since
2am partly through coughing and mainly through the excitement! I have never seen him so eager for his
birthday to arrive.
