I was so pleased to be sent a LUMIE Bodyclock Glow 150 to review.  I am sure you have already realised we are big fans of LUMIE.  This is not my first LUMIE product I have reviewed, and I am sure it won’t be my last!  They really have revolutionised getting off to sleep and make all the difference when it comes to getting up in the morning!

There is nothing more unpleasant for me than the sound of the alarm going off!  Brutally awakening me from my peaceful slumber.  I like how the LUMIE Bodyclock Glow 150 is gentler.  The light gradually waking me up in a better mood!  I am not a morning person, so I need every trick in the book to wake up ready to face the day.

The Lumie Bodyclock Glow 150 has smooth changes to light and colour which realistically mimic the sun setting and rising again.  You can choose to wake up with lovely sounds like tropical birds!  Instead of that nasty phone alarm… no wonder the British Swimming Team use LUMIE Bodyclocks to get up at silly o’clock in the morning!  Other than the tropical birds you can choose from Blackbird, Café, Goats, Steam train, Thunderstorm, Waves, Crickets and White notice.  So, you can pick out the sound that works best for you!

They do also have an alarm beep as well just in case you are a sucker for punishment!  But tropical birds get my vote every time.  I feel like I am waking in paradise not gloomy North Wales.

You can also use the Lumie Bodyclock Glow 150 as bedroom lighting, so it doesn’t take any extra room on your bedside cabinet.  I like that its dual purpose and bright enough for reading!
