My eldest son has quite a big bedroom and lots of blank walls that need to be filled.  He was thrilled when I let him pick out two Posterlounge acrylic prints to add more personality to his walls. He already has a few acrylic prints, a shark, a sports car and a skyline of Dubai.  My son picked out Dubai because we thought we would visit it in 2019 but then he was unwell, so we had to cancel our trip.  So, this time he picked Barcelona and a plane as he hopes one day to be a pilot.

My son has been to Barcelona before for a tour of the football ground.  He really likes the football team and enjoyed his time in the city.  It’s nice that he can now display a print of somewhere he has been that has fond memories for him.   I think the Dubai print winds him up sometimes as it’s a reminder of a holiday he never quite made!  Although I will fix that in the future hopefully and we can tick off Dubai finally.

Aeroplane Landing

The aeroplane landing at sunset in the 60 x 40cm size we ordered costs £44.95.  You can buy one size smaller in acrylic prints or go even bigger for more of an impact!  They go up to 180 x 120cm which is huge.  I think acrylic makes a great option for wall art, you get the bright colours with depth effect and they are nice and glossy.  Each print also comes with its own wall bracket, so they are easy to hang.  You don’t have to hunt around in your kitchen draws for something suitable.

Skyline of Barcelona

The skyline of Barcelona print is very colourful!  The spectacular effect with the print splashes was a large part of what captured my son’s attention.  We chose the 60 x 40cm size again.  It worked out at £39.95 this time.   Additionally, I like that Posterlounge have lots of other skylines available to buy.  As a family we love to travel so it would be nice to pick up more of these when we visit new destinations.  We could get London and Liverpool already as we have ticked off both of those places numerous times.

Majestic Poster

My youngest son absolutely adores lions.  So, with our left-over review budget we let him pick out a lion poster.  We will buy a simple black frame, so it matches the others in his collection.

He was delighted to add a new lion to his wall.  We went with the Majestic premium poster.  It feels really good quality and the print work is exceptional.  We ordered the 30 x 40cm size which works out at a very reasonable £7.95.  Posters from Posterlounge have a high UV resistance so they don’t fade easily.  Another good reason to order from them!
