Calphalon, a Non-Stick Cookware Set You’ll Love

Upgrading your cookware is unavoidable. When your cooking skill gets better with spending more time in the kitchen, eventually you might want to splash out on some non-stick cookware for better meals. As you find that your starter pots and pans no longer suit your ability anymore. Still, nothing to regret as, in the end, the better your cookware, the tastier the food. Right?

What To Ask Yourself

Non-Stick Cookware

The real question is: buying new pots and pans can be a nightmare because there’re literally a million options out there. So, how to choose? Well, what I did at that time was to do some serious research. Like everyone, I’m rather fond of smoothly nonstick cooking so I looked for moderateprice cookware with non-stick coating. Other than that, I knew my new cooking set had to have proper pieces such as skillets,  saucepans and some pots for handing versatile duties! Just what you need to cook anything anytime.

After spending hours browsing tons of online resources, I found a cookware set that just won my heart—the Calphalon Classic Nonstick 10-piece set with boil-over inserts. And let me tell you, I got much more than I ever dreamed of.

Less Mess In The Kitchen

Talking about the innovative I’m really impressed. For example the ‘noboil-over inserts’ that are BPA-free silicone pieces. The set offers two of these semi-lids that prevent spills and messy boil overs while still allowing you to stir your food. I was blown away how helpful they are. With these unique inserts, I cook pasta potatoes, beans and rice more often. Well, these lids give me ample freedom since I can focus on other tasks like making the salad without worrying my pot is going to overflow. It certainly saves a big mess in your kitchenSo, cleaning up after cooking is so much easier now!

Every pot comes with measurements inside. This is handy to see how much liquid I’ve added without getting a measuring cupThe lids also has builtin strainers and pouring spouts that I am loving! These features are super nifty for preparing pastas and boiling veggies! These small details can really make the big difference, trust me.

Non-Stick Features

The non-stick feature is remarkable—when Calphalon say non-stick, they mean exactly that. After a few months now, my set is as good as new one. Not a single scratch, and I haven’t had any problem with burnt bits or anything I’d had to scrape. And, I make stir-fries and scrambled eggs quite often.

Consider to the construction, the pots and pans are made of hard-anodized aluminum that are reliably solid and withstand 450°F heat. But the lids are tempered glass enduring less heat, so do keep that in mind! The stainless-steel handles stay rather cool during cooking. The overall appearance is very stylish.

This 10-piece set comes with an 8” and a 10” frying pans, a 2.5-quart saucepan with a lid, a 3-quart sauté pan with a lid and a fabulous 6 qt. stockpot with a lid. There are two no-boil-over inserts; one fits the small saucepan, another for the stockpot. Absolutely, this non-stick cookware is a nice upgraded set for beginners and small families.

For mid-ranged non-stick cookware sets, Calphalon is my go-to brand. Few people know thisthey are based in Ohio and have been making awesome kitchen appliances since the early 60s. A whole bunch of chefs use this brand, but it has always been an alternative for home cooks. They got me, as well after all. Overall, my no-regret choice.
