This could either mean leaving the little one with your partner or asking a friend or family member to babysit while you and your partner take some time out together.
Stay active
A key aspect of wellness is making sure to stay as active as possible, obviously taking note of the advice of your doctor. If you’re able to exercise, it might be a good idea to start out walking and then consider adding in some other workouts throughout the week, such as a forearm grip exercise workout, a Zumba class, or maybe a pilates class.
