A baby shower is a celebration of an upcoming birth. Gifts are given to support the new mum to be in the next exciting chapter in their lives. To inspire you I thought it would be helpful to point out some of the amazing products out there. These are perfect for pregnant mum’s and their soon to be born babies. Toys are very important for the development of the baby. It’s always a good idea to gift older presents as often baby showers focus just on the newborn age. But it’s always appreciated having gifts that can be enjoyed as the baby grows and develops.

I am a big fan of the Farmer’s Market Colour Sorting Set (£49.96). It will help little ones be able to identify the different colours quicker. It can also be used for counting, sorting and lessons on healthy eating as the child grows. Such a versatile toy that children will return to again and again. Learning Resources toys are durable and colourful. They are designed with little ones in mind, so they can be used comfortably by smaller hands. Their toys are so much fun children are always learning without even realizing!
