The Ultimate Family Day Out: LEGOLAND Windsor
LEGOLAND Windsor is our most favourite place to be as a family, building memories and having a vast space for the boys to explore and discover. We made our first trip back in 2012 when youngest had just turned 3. Even back then there was plenty to keep him occupied and happy! Just look at that cheeky smile.
It takes about five hours for us to get there but the distance is never a deterrent, its one of those places you MUST visit, all children love LEGO and where better to immerse yourself than in LEGOLAND itself. We have been back every year since so its lovely seeing pictures of the boys growing up with a LEGOLAND Windsor backdrop!
It remains at the top of our family bucket list of things to do each year, even though we have experienced every ride numerous times we always want to come back for more. The magic of the place never lessens, from the moment you walk through the entrance gate you feel the excited butterflies building, you listen to the music playing and you get caught up in the amazing atmosphere of the place.
It’s the one attraction in the UK I have absolutely no qualms recommending to everyone. LEGOLAND have the most friendly theme park staff we have had the pleasure to meet – and we know our theme parks, we have pretty much ticked off all the UK ones, but LEGOLAND holds the fondest memories. We have visited with family and with friends and been fortunate enough to attend the opening of new rides and attractions.

LEGOLAND has grown with my boys, now they have passed their driving tests there is no stopping them!
I really cannot think of a place I would rather be. I just might have to watch out youngest does not get a LEGO girlfriend…

We'd love to visit Legoland but it's a bit of a trek from where we live… although it seems though it's worth the mileage! x
We went once before and had a lovely time. My son would like to go again.

Legoland is fantastic the boys really enjoy it! Seem to love it more each time they go!
