Some days in the week the boys have after school activities, swimming, football and karate. On those days its handy having something quick and easy for dinner. When we are short for time we enjoy the convenience of having pizza for dinner.  The boys see it as a real treat too, so mealtimes are always pleasant when they know pizza is on the menu! In happier moods the boys always load up their plates with salad, corn on the cob and cut up raw vegetables so a pizza dinner can be very healthy here. We had some vouchers to try out the new The Pizza Kitchen products from Chicago Town so quickly headed off to Tesco to find them.

The Pizza Kitchen Range

The range consists of four tempting flavours Cheese Medley, Deli Pepperoni, Roasted Chicken and Garden Vegetables. Sadly, the Tesco we visited didn’t have the Garden Vegetables variety, but we managed to pick up the rest. We regularly buy\Chicago Town pizza so had a feeling that their latest product would be another success with the family.

Our mouths were watering when the pizzas were cooking! We couldn’t wait to tuck into dinner.

Once dished out youngest was keeping a close eye on the pizza!

I was very impressed with the pizza crust it was delicious. The freshly baked deli crisp crumb meant every last bit of pizza was demolished by the family! Sometimes the crusts can be a bit hit or miss with the kids.  But these taste just like Tiger bread so felt like a real luxury for everyone. I would definitely buy them again, as a parent sometimes eating what the kids like can get a bit repetitive and uninspiring. However, The Pizza Kitchen has completely changed my mind, you wouldn’t think a frozen pizza could be this good, but it really is!

The product was very well executed, lots of tasty toppings and appetising flavours. With The Pizza Kitchen I think the boys might even be swayed to stop asking for their favourite pizza takeaway! High praise for the product indeed. I will have to add it to meals the whole family love.
