I have teamed up with BubbleBum to giveaway one of their fab inflatable booster seats.  These are such a great idea when you are travelling aboard.  I remember the worries I had when my two were little on our first foreign holiday to Portugal.  I was panicking that the taxi’s we would need to use to transfer us to the hotel wouldn’t have suitable car seats.  It just added extra stress into our holiday planning that we didn’t need.

I really like the designs, the Union Jack in particular.  These are such cool products that children won’t grumble about using.  Mine did go through a stage where they considered themselves too old for booster seats.  But I think it’s down to me not getting ones they thought were trendy enough.  Some booster seats are so dull in comparison, these are bright and colourful!

Preparing for holidays can get expensive so I am glad that BubbleBum have priced these at £29.99.  That price makes them affordable for families.  Some places charge £11.99 a day rental.  So, you can imagine that quickly gets very expensive over a week holiday!  It would be such a shame if price put off parents using booster seats whilst abroad.  Especially when you consider using one is 59% safer than just a seat belt on its own!

Plus, you don’t have the same reassurance about safety of the car seats you are offered.  You don’t know if its already been damaged.  Whereas if you can bring your own from home you know its condition and history.  Additionally, the BubbleBum exceeds both EU and US regulatory requirements, this is good news indeed!

In terms of portability you can easily deflate the BubbleBum to bring it with you on holidays.  It’s very lightweight.
