A short while ago we headed to Prezzo in Eastleigh with our Buyagift voucher to try some rather tasty Italian cuisine.  I don’t think you can easily beat the value of their three-course meal for two at Prezzo through the Buyagift offer.  You even have a glass of wine (or a soft drink if you prefer) included in the £30 price!

The Buyagift offer would make a lovely Father’s Day gift.  It doesn’t cost too much, and I promise you the menu is very tempting!

Booking Our Meal

It was easy enough to book our meal.  You can’t just turn up with a Buyagift voucher you have to reserve a time through Bookatable.  But the process is simple enough and doesn’t take long.

We chose to go to Eastleigh so the inlaws could come too.  It was nice to spoil them for a change especially when the outlay was so reasonable.

The Buyagift Menu

My husband had the meatballs to start, it was a generous portion size!  I thought for the price they might hold back with the servings.  But I was pleasantly surprised by each of our courses.  Plenty of food each time and all beautifully presented.

You can click through the Buyagift site to see the sample menu.  Considering its such a bargain I was impressed with the extensive menu choice.  There are currently 6 starters, 9 mains and 4 desserts.  So, the price doesn’t restrict you much either.  You do feel like your getting a proper menu.  I want to return again soon so I can try something else.

For my main I had the spaghetti carbonara it was very enjoyable.

We had the sticky toffee pudding to finish which was a real treat.  Very indulgent and the perfect way to end what was a delightful meal.

We had a warm welcome from the Prezzo staff.  No difference in how we were treated because we had a special voucher to cover our meal.  They were attentive and friendly.  I would recommend the offer if you want to spoil your dad this Father’s Day, but you are on a bit of a budget.
