Guards Museum 

This is perfect for people who are travelling with their families as all children under 16 years do not pay an entrance fee. But, rest assured, the entrance fee is worth it.  

Inside, visitors will be walked through the historic regalia and regimen of the troops including the evolution of the uniforms they adorn. If you’re keen to take something home with you, you’ll be pleased to find a souvenir in the shop on-site.

National Army Museum 

The National Army Museum carries the history of the armed forces in London. Churchill War Rooms 

Dating back to 1945, these are the rooms where Churchill Winston sat as he directed the war and the British troops during World War II. The rooms are underground and despite decades passing, the rooms look just as they once did.

Household Cavalry Museum 

The Household Cavalry Museum is a display of the team that guards the Queen.  

With a trip to this museum you will get to see the troops and their horses.  Both decked out in their regalia in the stables that have been used since the 18th century.
