Get Your Feet Ready For Summer With Flexitol
I was excited to be sent a package of goodies from Flexitol to get my feet ready for summer. If I am being completely honest my feet aren’t in the best condition. My heels always seem problematic. They are dry and cracked. I need to get that sorted before I even dare to wear sandals.
I liked how quickly Flexitol Heel Balm worked. You can expect visible results in 1 day which is quite incredible really. Although Flexitol have been making expert foot treatments for many years so it shouldn’t come as a surprise really.
My heels feel so soft to touch now. Before they felt awful when I rubbed them together. So bad my husband hated my feet coming anywhere near him when it was time to go to sleep. The texture was so rough and hard, almost like sandpaper! Fortunately, this effective balm has nourished my skin and completely transformed my feet. I feel more confident to wear strappy shoes, whereas before I would have kept my feet completely covered up! They weren’t ready to be unveiled in public until now.
We all probably could benefit with giving our feet a bit more attention after winter. Central heating and the dropping temperatures make our feet more prone to cracking. Also, now it’s getting warmer it’s better for your feet if you are happy to have them on display. When feet are squeezed into trainers, they have less breathing space. When your feet sweat, they are more prone to infections. So, you see the sooner you get your feet sandal ready the better really!
Flexitol Heel Balm is suitable for diabetics which is handy to know. If you are diabetic sadly you are more prone to foot problems. It’s recommended you check your feet every day in that case to try and avoid further issues or complications.
Flexitol alongside Leading Podiatrist Emma Supple have come up with a few tips to achieve healthy beautiful feet which I have outlined below.

Time To Relax
Make sure you clean your feet regularly. It’s not advised to soak them for too long as this can strip natural oils. So, try and find a happy medium.
Exfoliation
Exfoliating can make your feet look healthy. It helps remove dead skin cells and unclogs pores. A pumice stone is a useful item to own. Just make sure you have a gentle rubbing action otherwise you can make your skin sore.
Nail Clipping
Keeping your nails shorts means they can’t store as much germs and bacteria. It’s pretty disgusting when you think what could be harbouring under your nails.
Give Your Feet A Good Rub
Flexitol Heel Balm is amazing you see an improvement after your first use. It gave my heels the intense moisturizing they needed. I think its because its packed full of great ingredients like Shea Butter and Vitamin E. For best results use twice daily and massage your feet until its completely absorbed into the skin.
You can also give your nails a polish and a top coat for extra shine! But for me my biggest issue has always been my heels. So, finding a product that has hydrated my feet has made me so happy! You might also find my earlier post about how to care for your feet a useful read. I don’t always have time for painting my nails as a busy mum of two but this heel treatment slots into my life so easily.
