Mookie Classic All Surface Swingball Giveaway
As far as it comes to keeping my boys occupied, we are definitely running out of options. This Swingball delivery from Mookie could not have come at a better time! It was lovely to see the pair of them burn off lots of energy. It felt like they were hosting their very own Wimbledon in the garden. I am wondering whether I can use it as an excuse to break open a bottle of fizz and eat strawberries! Just for authenticity of course!!!
As our hometown gets busier it does feel safer staying closer to home. But I still need to make sure my boys stay active to keep healthy. Thank you, Mookie, for making it much easier to do that. The boys were having so much fun they didn’t even feel deterred when it started to rain. They just wanted to continue with their game. There won’t be a dull moment in our garden this summer!
We had a Swingball many years ago and seeing how much enjoyment they are now getting I wish we had replaced it sooner. Our pup chewed through the tether and I didn’t know you could buy replacements of those (it only costs £8.50 for another ball and tether). Fortunately, she has outgrown her chewing stage so this one should be safe now!
It’s fantastic having something additional they can amuse themselves with outdoors. Otherwise the PS4 console calls to them and they miss out on all that lovely fresh air. The Mookie Swingball is very reasonable too, it only costs £29.99 and offers so much entertainment value. It is a decent piece of kit for the price too. It includes the two iconic airbats, a base which transforms into a carry case and a real tennis ball. When in use just fill the base with water or sand to keep it weighed down. We played on grass, but it’s all surface so don’t worry if you have tarmac or block paving, you won’t miss out on the merriment and exercise!
The Mookie Classic All Surface Swingball ticks lots more boxes too. It helps develop hand eye coordination as the ball flies round and they try and bat it back! It got a little bit competitive amongst my boys and husband. The look of pure determination on their faces as they aimed for victory was as interesting as any Wimbledon match on TV! goodness me, all these retro toys making a come back, taking me back to my youth in the 70’s! I spent many happy hours playing swing ball with friends and neighbours, albeit getting VERY competitive at time!
Our next door neighbour knocked our garden wall down at the start of lockdown and it still hasn’t been fixed. This would be a nice distraction from the rubble for the kids!

We have not got many outdoor toys so this would be a great addition.
Swing ball was always a favourite of ours growing up, only problem was there was always fighting over who went 1st there is 8 of us so slaughter ensued between the eldest ones while the younger ones played away!
My daughter usually goes to a tennis camp in half terms and summer hols, but due to this covid they have only done it for 3 half days a week so all ages can do it, and reduced the amount of kids that can go at one time, I managed to book 2 weeks but all the others got booked up, so it would be nice if she can carry on practising with one of these
