Pro All Surface Swingball Review #AD
My youngest loves his Classic Swingball (RRP £32.99) from Mookie Toys that he was sent to review last year. It was a beneficial introduction to racket sports and something he regularly returns to. Either he is happily playing solo practicing hitting it back or enjoying a game or two with his brother, dad or myself. He was even happier to be gifted the Pro All Surface Swingball last week. Particularly now he is a dab hand at the classic game. He was definitely ready for more of a challenge. Especially now his playing level had improved and he has a much stronger swing!
If you are a serious Swingball player its well worth upgrading to the Pro (RRP £43.99) even if you have the Classic already. You see it has many upgraded features ideal for more energetic play. You have thick bats with a comfortable non-slip handle, a robust steel pole and a power play spiral top!

The Pro All Surface Swingball has an adjustable height of 1.8 metres. Whilst the Classic is slightly smaller at 1.65 metres tall. Now my eldest is as tall as his dad we definitely needed to go Pro. Plus I am sure my youngest is due another growth spurt soon!
Hopefully, the Wimbledon Championships will be staged at the end of June. However until then you can do your own Swingball version to build up the excitement. The Swingball Pro was very easy to assemble. We just filled the base with water (alternatively you can also use sand) then added the pole. Then we were ready for our Swingball championship could start in earnest and without delay!

Easy To Pack Away
Rather conveniently everything can be packed away in the container afterwards. Although we will probably leave ours up, then we are ready to play all year round! But I do like that it is such a portable outdoor toy!
Just like the Classic the Pro is suitable for all surface play. At the moment we have it set up on the grass but its nice to have other options available! You can even take it to the beach and play on the sand if you wanted to.
As the boys have become older, they seem more hooked on gaming. Therefore, having outdoor toys like this Swingball Pro which is designed for teens and adults alike can be the ideal incentive they need to have a more active lifestyle. I am always so pleased to see my youngest enthusiastic to play this competitive ball and tether tennis game. It makes me happy that he is eager to be outdoors getting lots of fresh air.

Encourage Active Play
The Pro All Surface Swingball is a great form of exercise where you can all strengthen your arms, hands and wrists. Swingball can also help develop hand eye coordination and reflex skills. I still need to work on my ability!
My youngest bats it so hard now just like a proper pro that all I can do is duck out of the way! He wins every game at the moment! Therefore, I think I need to get some extra practice in so I can become a worthy component. That or I just need to learn to be a bit braver! He never ducks out of the way when I serve, he doesn’t want to risk losing his advantage. It can get a little competitive especially if the boys are going head to head. They both move much faster than me so it’s always a close game between them.
Where To Buy?
Retailers run out of stock of Swingball in the run up to summer, so make sure you get your order yours early on! The product is available at Argos, Amazon and Smyths Toys. I totally understand its popularity, after all it is the perfect outdoor toy to keep your children entertained all summer long! Especially as it is a game the whole family can enjoy, grandparents included! The Pro is suitable from 6+ years and is highly recommended by my boys.

I used to love playing swingball when I was a child and we had lots of fun with our kids playing swingball, Plus you do not have to go searching for the ball or getting it back from the neighbours
This looks like a great set.
Our Swingball set was one of the best things I’ve ever bought for our garden. The kids get exercise and don’t even realise because they’re having so much fun x
I used to love playing swingball with my sister when we were young. My neighbour has just brought a swingball set and it started me off wanting one. Now seeing this post, I must get one
We used to play swingball a lot when I was younger and living at home and we had so much fun with it. I’m so happy that it’s still around and kids are enjoying it still x
We love playing Swingball out in the garden, its lots of fun. We also have the basketball too.
A traditional toy that has endured for a very good reason: it’s loads of fun!
