Retro Mini DAB+ Radio Review and Giveaway
I was sent a Retro Mini DAB+ Radio from MyVQ its absolutely gorgeous. I have fallen in love with it already. We picked out the bold red design (£59.99) and its very eye catching and stylish!
It’s a nice size, not too big but with great sound quality and packed full of useful features. You have an alarm to try and coax you out of bed in the morning! A dual alarm at that so you can give yourself a back up alarm if you can’t face getting up for the first one!!! Something I sorely need, as I don’t do mornings.
You can make the most of the wireless connectivity so you can listen to your own tunes using Bluetooth. Or alternatively you can connect your device directly into the aux input. Although with DAB, DAB+ and FM radio reception you will find you have ample choice already when it comes to what you want to listen too. The Digital Tick mark means that the British designed and engineered Retro Mini has met criteria for technical functionality and radio reception and has to conform to certain specifications, this is very reassuring and gives you further peace of mind that your buying a quality product.
MyVQ have twenty different colours/patterns available so you have lots of choice depending on your preferences. They realize how important colour is when picking out items like this and have excelled themselves in that respect. The patterned designs cost a bit more (£79.99 and £89.99) but well worth it if you want something a bit different. The leatherette finish feels lovely; the whole product is well made and looks premium.
We have enjoyed listening to music whilst playing a board game today. You can either plug it in to use or add 4 x AA batteries instead making it very portable (giving you about 15 hours of music enjoyment). I think we will take advantage of its portability in the warmer months to have some music outdoors!
