Nutmeg Summer Fashion 2017 Collection

The boys were sent an outfit each to see what the Nutmeg range had available ready for summer.  As we are off to Spain soon its perfect timing as I need to start picking up some bits for the suitcase. I am excited that the sunshine is finally working its magic!  Hopefully it means we can shed some of our many layers of clothing and feel the warmth of the sun on our skin.  Not forgetting eating lots of ice creams and building sandcastles!

As wonderful as summer is I always worry about cost when we need to update the boys wardrobes for the warmer weather.  My two grow so fast very little lasts from one summer to the next. Fortunately Nutmeg have really lovely prints and stylish jeans at affordable prices.  It doesn’t seem such a hardship getting them new things when they need them. They also pay attention to all the details that matter.  With soft fabric and no itchy labels children are much happier wearing these clothes.

Amazing Guarantee at Nutmeg

What I like best of all is that the Nutmeg children’s clothing range have a 200 day no quibble guarantee.  So if you are unhappy for any reason (rips, spills and outgrown pieces) you can return the clothing.  A generous guarantee like that goes to show how confident Morrisons are about the quality of the clothing they have available to buy.

Eldest is really fussy about jeans normally but these new skinny stretch fit ones he found so comfortable.  They also had enough give for him to play football in the garden and run and jump around.  He can be his usual active self!  Whilst the jeans still look great if he wanted to dress them up a bit in the evening.  Adding a shirt perhaps, whilst he has his evening meal or takes to the dance floor for the holiday entertainment.

I definitely will be finding out where my closest Morrisons is with Nutmeg clothing available.  I want to stock up with a few more items. They have some gorgeous palm leaf shorts the boys NEED before we go on holiday. I usually stick to plain denim but Nutmeg make buying fashionable clothes effortless.

The jeans we were sent cost £9 each and the t-shirts £5 (9-10 years) and £6 (10-11 years). The range appeals to more discerning pre-teens that are a bit more selective about what they want to wear, character wear is being replaced with more tropical prints.

If I have tempted you with what Nutmeg have on offer do pop in store and have a look for yourself.

  1. They've just started selling it in our local shop but only for little kids – I had no idea you could buy older kids stuff too so I'll have to look out for that.
